The Provençal Bishop
This delightful cheese is rolled in organic, California grown Herbes de Provence (Provencal Herbs), a mix of aromatic plants. We use the traditionally dried mixture of thyme, marjoram, rosemary, basil, fennel, sage and lavender. The cheese is aged for a minimum of 60 days. The end result is a firm texture with great mouth appeal, a visually appetizing cheese with several layers of flavor components.
