The Bishop of Cardamom
This unique cheese is dipped in exotic Cardamom, also known as 'the grains of paradise' with notes of citrus and bergamot. The cheese is aged for a minimum of 60 days. The end result is a firm texture with great mouth appeal, a visually appetizing cheese with several layers of flavor components. This unusual combination cheese is great on end-of-meal cheese platters and can be used in dishes such as Crepes Amoreena (you can find the recipe here).
